Gina is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She completed her postgraduate training at the University of Melbourne and has worked in a range of public mental health settings.
Gina works with adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, stress, adjustment to life transitions and complex trauma including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Her therapeutic approach is warm and non-judgmental, and she works collaboratively with her clients to help them explore their experiences, challenge their usual way of approaching issues and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Gina uses evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
